I love cooking, and I must be a little crazy, because I do enjoy meal planning. Most of the recipes I use are ones I find. I always provide the orginal link, but do sprinkle in some of my own. I enjoy simple cooking and recipes that don’t have a ton of ingredients. I like well-rounded meals that include a protein, veggie, and starch; I strive to eat healthy.
