Tuesday – Chicken quinoa skillet. A one pot meal! #weeknightwin!
Wednesday -Beer, broccoli stir fry from Trader Joe’s. I didn’t notice the description on the bag- sweet and spicy. It definitely had a kick!
Thursday – Gnocchi with zucchini ribbons and cherry tomoatoes.
Friday – Shrimp quinoa skillet. Another one pot meal!
