Ingredients
1 cup uncooked quinoa
1 tbsp olive oil
2 large carrots, peeled and diced, about 1 cup
10 mushrooms diced
2 eggs
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp ground ginger
4 tablespoon coconut aminos
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seed oil
2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
Cook 1 cup quinoa according to package directions. Set aside into medium bowl.
