How to make homemade pesto

Serves: 1 cup
  • 3 cups fresh basil
  • ¼ cup unsalted almonds
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  1. Add all ingredients, except olive oil, to a food processor and blend well.
  2. Slowly drizzle olive oil and continue to blend.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
