Healthy Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Large handful of fresh parsley, minced
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Using hands, mix together.
  4. Form 1.5 inch meatballs and place on sprayed baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, turn over, and bake for another 10 minutes.
