About Me

Megan StevensonWelcome to Meg’s Meal Planning. I’m Megan, thank you for stopping by my blog! I am the meal planner behind Meg’s Meal Planning. My weekly dinner recipes are healthy, simple, and can be enjoyed by the whole family! I am a strong believer that everything is good for you in moderation. You can’t deprive your body of something you really want, otherwise you’ll binge and overindulge! That being said, I do try to tweak recipes and substitute healthy ingredients.

I started this blog as a creative outlet for me, and it has turned into a strong passion for sharing my weekly meal plans and meal planning tips!

I was born and raised in New England. I love experiencing all four seasons, including the winter! I believe going through the seasons helps me with my meal planning as I get to cook winter favorites like soup, summer delights like barbecue, and everything in between! I love wine, traveling, The Bachelor franchise, and of course my family. My husband is the most patient guy in the world; he doubles as a food taster and my editor! He sometimes complains about all the editing, but never about all that good eating! And my son with his infectious smile and curious nature is my world! Every now and then you’ll see a picture of him on my Instagram feed. I hope you enjoy my blog and find some useful meal planning tips.
