Monday – Lentil and brown rice quesadilla. Hands down delicious. This was my first time making lentils and if they taste this good, then I’m going to be cooking them a lot more.
Tuesday – Crockpot Thai pork. The most delicious aroma. You’ll be so happy it’s from your kitchen.
Wednesday – Prosciutto and Brussel sprout flatbread. Crispy and crunchy.
Thursday – Greek chicken wraps.
Friday – Grilled salmon with avocado salsa. I used cauliflower rice instead of orzo.
