Tuesday – BBQ chicken with roasted potatoes and salad. I have a feeling this summer will call for lots and lots of BBQ chicken!
Wednesday – Grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, tomato panini. Nothing says summer like fresh basil, mozzarella, and tomatoes. Make the chicken ahead of time to make prep work even easier!
Thursday – One pan balsamic chicken and roasted vegetables. So tasty and so easy!
Friday – Quinoa with chicken sausage and kale
